Abandoned In The Snow With A 7-Kilogram Tumor, Alma Finally Found Warmth

A young girl called in tears to tell rescuers about a dog living in a parking lot, barely surviving the freezing winter. Snow covered the ground around her, and the cold air made even standing there unbearable, yet the dog remained motionless.
